AggieRad is a new facility at Texas A&M University for the characterization of radioactive materials. The AggieRad proposal was funded by Texas A&M University Research Development Fund.

AggieRad had its ceremonial opening on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 as part of the Workshop on Isotope Opportunities. Below, AggieRad Laboratory Manager Dr. Bryan Tomlin (center) cuts the ceremonial ribbon while AggieRad Director Prof. Cody Folden (left) and Prof. François Gabbaï hold it. After the ceremony, Dr. Tomlin gave a tour of the new facility.
